The Church of Service is a non-religion-specific church created to meet the unique and challenging needs of the Hospitality Industry. Our creed is based on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and we have developed related programming and support specifically for the service industry at each level of the pyramid.

WE THE PEOPLE
HAVE THE RIGHT TO OUR:
- Physiological Needs: air, water, food, shelter, sleep, clothing, etc.
- Safety and Security Needs: resources, health, property, employment, etc
- Love & Belonging Needs: friendship, family, intimacy, sense of connection, etc.
- Self-Esteem Needs: respect, recognition, appreciation, freedom
- Personal Self-Actualization: purpose, inner potential, creativity, acceptance, etc.
It is our responsibility as members of the Church of Service to take care of ourselves in all of these ways, and also to help with the care of others.
